Big O Tires

I went to your facility Friday the 31st of August for an alignment on my 2005 Subaru Forester that I had just lifted the vehicle was not pulling left or right or acting funny and anyway it's just a good safety precaution to get an alignment after lift kits been done we got your facility at 11 with a scheduled appointment and we're quickly on our way in about 45 minutes immediately upon driving the vehicle it was started pulling to the right we turned around and took it back and told your technicians what it was doing they try to fix the problem for more times with no luck at that point 3 hours later they finally offered to refund or to go to the other store I gladly took the refund and was on my way

I've got tires for my truck and my wife's SUV. Have them rotated when I need them done. Thanks

I waited 3 hours for my tures to be put on. Wasn't told if how long if a wait there was. I was priced tures but never shown what they look liked. Was even told they were they were the cheapest in town. After speaking to someone else about this place, was told they weren't even close to being a better price. If u didn't need tires like yesterday I would of waited a little bit longer and been smarter about my shopping. I feel like they were more excited about giving away a car than doing business. I understand the car give away was a good thing. I feel like I was second in service. I won't be back.

Gary Stecks provided exceptional service to us on July 28, 2017. He coordinated a tire rotation and front end alignment for my GMA truck while we waited in a clean and comfortable area. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. We were on our way in no time flat.

i am a good customer I always get my oil changed there and buy my tires there. I need new tires now and may go elsewhere because of the lack of good service and lack of discount on buying them there. I go there for convenience is very close to my house but kindness and customer service go along ways.

I can't say enough about the Big O Stores located in Cheyenne, WY. From the owners down to there teams they sure know how to treat a customer! They have never failed my family in whatever service we've needed! We appreciate you being part of our community! Keep it up Big O Team!!!
