Big O Tires

It was a great experience. I got my oil changed and my tires rotated. I was in and out!

They picked up and delivered my car to my house and my bill was extremely a wonderful surprise! I am so impressed!! Wonderful people!

I had a tire that leaked down 10 PSI in one day. They got it in right away and found two metal pieces. They fixed the tire and rotated the other ones. While all that was going on I priced tires for my trailer and will be back to get them after I paint the wheels.

I have always been treated well at big o. They are very kind and take the time to explain any needed repairs or the condition of my tires to help me make decisions about how to proceed. I'm not knowledgeable about cars and I have never felt talked down to, but rather just explained to.

Colby was superb in greeting me, inquiring how he could help, was quick to arrange for a re-balancing of my tires I recently purchased.

The staff here is excellent. I came in a few months ago and they handled my situation with the best service I have hade in years. Today I am having an issue and they are getting me handled as if I was family. Thanks for your service and dedication

I've always had great service at this Big O location. Everyone is great, but especially Corey. He always helps me out and I know my Jeep is in good hands. This time was just a routine oil change, but Corey made sure I got the best and timely service.

While visiting my mother-in-law I got a flat from a roofing nail, I went to Big O to get it fixed, the damage was to extensive to repair. They found me a used tire and replaced it for me and got me on my way back to Colorado. Thank you so much, great staff and service, highly recommend.

The gentleman at the desk was extremely helpful. His name is Dacoda. Very pleasant and they got my skid steer tire fixed promptly.

Had a bad experience with them and after they knew I was dissatisfied they did everything they could to make it better and earn my business back! I will be using them again I understand stuff happens sometimes! After hearing from them and the willingness to fix the problem I was surprised! Good people!
