Great service!

Last minute flat tire. Crew did an excellent job booking me right away and making sure that my car was ready for a 500 miles trip.

They replaced my alternator when it went bad. The first one was bad so they ordered a new one and had it completed within a couple hours of receiving new one. Not to long after I picked up my vehicle it started to smoke and took it back. When they looked at it they found out the ac hose got messed up while the alternator was being fixed so they ordered a new ac hose and are replacing it. What they did to help was over the top and it lets me know they value their customers

The Assistant Manager, Jon Naranjo, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They were efficient in getting new tires mounted, balanced and aligned. He also gave some recommendations on issues he observed. I will definitely go back to Big O in the future.
