I had a flat fixed on our 2019 Honda insight. Great service as always. Low pressure indicator is still on however, so I may need to take it back in for another look.

As ALWAYS, I received EXCELLENT & expeditious customer service. All employees were accommodating, friendly, provided good information for me to make some last minute decisions. They had the tire I needed in stock and had me out the door in less time than they estimated: under promise/over perform!! I LOVE my Big O Tire store and guys!

Since the doors opened at this store, we have been so well taken care of. Everyone is worthy of praise, but especially Val Plato, who treats us like a personal friend. We will not buy tires or tire service anywhere else.

I went in because my TPS light was on. I thought I needed a new TPS sensor in the tires. All I needed was air in my tires. Which Big O did for free! Thank you!
