I live in Rawlins where we do not have a Big O so the Casper store took time to take a tire to ups and shipped it to me. Great job

We were visiting in Casper from out of town We had a blow out on a tire while traveling there. We were there for the weekend and had to leave on Sunday I called several tire shops but couldn't find any that had the size or brand I was looking for. I called Big O and the size I needed. They told me to bring it in and they have them replaced in several hours. They also could do an alignment which the other shops could not do. They got the tires on, and the alignment done in the time I was told. All of the staff that I dealt with were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
