I was able to schedule my car to be serviced in a timely manner, the time it took to be serviced was good and I received a call to let me know it was ready. What I paid was what had been quoted. At time of pick up, I was told of other services that needed to be done and were broken down so that they didn't have to be done all at the same time, which would be easy on the pocket book...which I appreciated.

I went in for a simple oil change drove about 5 miles and my truck shut off on me at the store my husband checked under the truck and realized THERE WAS NO OIL FILTER.... so my truck was towed back to Midas location and was told they found the filter right

Fair prices quick service in my opinion recommend work was explained but I never felt pressured

All you did was totally mess up the car. Spent anout $1400 and you never fixed the car. Then you wanted $500 more to work on it more. If I had the money I would sue you.

I had great service. Unfortunately, the card reader doesn't aknowledge the Syncrony card though. So I had to use my debit card. I didn't say anything to Dale. So that was my fault. I should have said something to him and he would have ran it manually.

The guy was super helpful in making sure that we understood everything. Will be going back in the future. He was so truthful when it took the overall cost of the part we needed.
