Once again, great service at Midas! Steven Ramos takes the time to really explain exactly what the issue with your car is and doesn't just try to sell you something that you don't need. On this visit, I went in to get my brakes checked because I had been hearing a sound while applying the brakes. Steven had one of his techs take a good look at all four wheels to see if there was an issue with the brakes. My pads and rotors were in good shape and his tech just had to make adjustments to my brake hardware. He fixed the problem and didn't even charge me for this. I will be a loyal customer to this establishment because I truly believe they provide trustworthy service!

He quickly identified the problem and explained it to me very well. He is an honest man.
