2nd time here.. 1st time they didn't change the oil filter. Brought it back and they gave me a coupon for a free oil change. Been here an hour and a half... for an oil change. I'll just do it myself next time.

Have techs be more aware of the work being performed

Make sure appointments are kept. I tried booking an appointment online three times but had to call and get an appointment. The appointment was at 1 PM and it took almost 2 hours to complete the oil change.

Don't recommend unnecessary services. They told me the transmission & brake fluid & main belt were due to be changed at 90K miles, but they just needed to be inspected. My car doesn't even have a belt—it has a chain. Car threw check engine light & hybrid system warning light after they worked on it and ran badly. They cleared the codes but couldn't figure out what caused them. When I got home, I could see that they must have knocked the main air intake hose off, probably when they checked the air filter. I reconnected the hose, cleared the codes, and then the car ran fine again. Any decent mechanic should have been able to figure this out. I certainly wouldn't use them for any major repairs and not sure I'll have them change my oil again, either.

Not the same employees rather talk with each other than do the work than provide faster service for their customers.

I told my daughter to go with you with confidence that she would be taken care of and instead she was taken advantage of. I contacted the store manager when I saw the same part at Auto Zone according to the part number on my invoice and found out I got charged more than double what the part actually cost. I was given the runaround by Matt the manager and referred me to Mr. Kieffer after several calls to him and voicemail I was never contacted back and I also spoke with Mario Monuz and was also given the runaround. I will be contacting the BBB on your business practices.

I took vehicle at 10:30am there was issues with them able to take nuts of wheel . I wasn’t fully explained cost . After myself making trips to find something to get nuts off wheel constant driving not many solutions offered . I picked vehicle up at 5pm with out service being completed . Received call next morning saying they could complete service after tool being available I was out of town already which was the reason I left vehicle early to take it .
