Lori was very polite welcoming it wasn't a problem to schedule a time Lori was very knowledgeable gave me updates on what was going on with the vehicle it was like walking into a place that felt home.The bathroom was clean and the lobby was presentable. It felt and looked like everyone got along there was no tension amongst each other Lori went above and beyond for every person who walked through the door she even loaned me her phone charger thats how kind she was.The mechanics were very nice no complaints I felt comfortable with them. The crew took their time and detail to figure out possible causes of the rattling issue my vehicle had. They tried their bets, made proper adjustments to bolts to make sure everything was properly fastened.
