service was good but there was no johnny football

We received great service. Very thorough explaining work that needed to be done and accurate not adding unnecessary items. Quote much more reasonable than competitors. Done in timely manner and even cleaned car thoroughly.

Still didn't get my problem with the starting of my car fixed. They can't figure out why the hard start.

"First impression was great, my car was in safe & trusting hands for an free exam of my brakes. Good news, breakes still good. In driving home noticed a loud rubbing noise. Stop short of home thinking something was dragging. Did notice a missing lug nut."

Took my explorer in because of squeaking in left rear after 600 in pads and rotors on the back Was told left rear caliper needed to be replaced Sam had mechanic replaced pads and rotor left rear Sam said it?s fixed Now left rear is squeaking again

"I had a tire that had been patched and ridden flat multiple times; It started giving me trouble, and while applying yet another patch realized all my tires were almost wore out anyway. fearful of a front tire blowout at speed, I called around and around- no one could help me- it was a Saturday morning, opening hours. everyone had Monday latest- and that not only risking a blowout until then, but a costly absence from work. I called Sam at Watauga Midas, and he had the tires picked up that day. I got off work at 1:30, and by 3:30 I was cruising on four spec tires. The staff were honest in their appraisal of my alignment, which was spot on, so I was spared that expense. I was impressed with the customer service, the speed of installation and balancing- which was perfect, something other tire shops have given me **** to pay with multiple return visits- overall these guys do excellent work, and value to boot- ""I did not have to pay a lot for that muffler"" comes to mind :-)"

Bought it in before Christmas 600 dollars and 2 weeks later I need a new left rear caliper Sounds to much for me it wasn?t caught the first time Very busy and thriving business ( most definitely won?t miss me I?m just one customer )Won?t be back won?t reco

The manager for my Midas is Sam. Sam has the very best customer service skills that I have ever seen. I try to keep the maintenance on my vehicles up to date so that they run good. Sam is a great manager. His customer service skills make it easy for me to keep rolling down the road. Thank you Sam.

"I had a coupon so I tried them. They charged me twice as much as advertised and then said they had already added the coupon. The owner was rude with their own customer service I was told by the rep. I will never go to a Midas again, at least this one."
