I got some of the best service I have received in a long while! I can say 100% sure I will be coming back for any future services that I might need. The price was as EXPECTED but the service was a big surprise. I wish more places had this good of service

Jeff was very professional and friendly! From scheduling on the phone, to checking in, and checking out. His friendly demeanor made me comfortable during my small wait time. My appointment was at 10 and by 10:51 am I was done. Other staff members were friendly as well. I would definitely recommend them to others as well as return with my vehicle. Thank you for your exceptional service!

The technician provided nice service and answer all questions.

Came in for an alignment and no final report was given to me, supposedly because printer not working. Manager said he would take pic with his phone of the alignment screen and send to me. No explanation on the diagnostic or the work completed.

They are always so nice and informative. Any questions I have are answered quickly and they always offer several options. I go because I have a Groupon, but without one I'd still go.

I took my car here on a Saturday morning for a safety inspection. Allison was very helpful and friendly and my vehicle was seen straight away with no delay. The technicians were all friendly and conversational making this a great experience.I do recommend

I called and the gentleman was very welcome. Walked in and he remembered me over the phone, very polite and nice. Car was done on great time, the store was very clean. My car had protection put on from the work done .

"I took my SUV for alignment. When performing the alignment, the staff from MIDAS asked me to go underneath the bridge where my car was mounted and showed me a number of issues with my car, e.g. shock absorbers and engine mounts leaking. I did not perform"
