First of all I liked the location, if is in a calm though so close to the road/intersection of Mason rd. and Cinco Ranch Blvd. in Katy, surrounded by trees, you find yourself as being in the park. The office space is well organized, extremely clean and taken good care of. The team (and it’s really a Team) greeted and explained everything regarding the vehicle, service needed in a simple and friendly way. Alex, Bryan and Mike, each contributed much to overall satisfaction. Great job! I highly appreciate! Without any doubts I would recommend this Midas location to everybody who wants to get the best service.

Technicians explained the issues in the car. But they created a panic in my mind instead of offering solution. Store manager wasn't very welcoming.
