Midas

Very bad experience on Wheel alignment. Went there twice and caught fix it properly. After wheel alignment, VSA and TPMS lights started to show up and they started saying that's how it was when given for service. Finally have to argue no and then finally they forgot step to do during alignment. Still alignment not correct. I have to get it to Other Shop and have it fixed. Waste of money and never ever think of getting here for any service.

They are asking more and more money for old car. Finally not fixed and replace lots of parts.

Just pulling my vehicle up on lift they noticed that someone tried to cut my catalytic converter off. They were able to fix it (re weld it) !

Mr Chris was very friendly It was my second ‘Midas experience’. After I had a poor experience at another Midas location, I chose this location for my oil change service, and I’m highly satisfied. Thank you for making the experience better(actually GREAT compared to the previous one).

I paid on Groupon for conventional oil change but in Midas records I was given a higher priced oil change which was given by mistake on that old service date. The last visit I was told this but was not told that they were going to give me a higher priced

Bad service all the way around

They explained what issues they found on my corolla particular with the oil filter cap cover that might break if they try to force open. They said if it breaks I may need to pay extra for the part which I agreed to proceed.
