I purchased a full synthetic oil change on Groupon which I found to be a bait and switch tactic. Dishonest marketing lessens the value of customers. After paying for the Groupon for the full synthetic oil change I was charged additionally $9.99 for ?parts?

I come here every year to get my state inspection because it is good customer service

Both times I went inside the employees acted like I was bothering them with bringing in business.

The manager was very courteous and explained all details well

My dad has had great experiences with this location for the past 3 years that he had his vehicle serviced at the Mason/Cinco Ranch store. I had a lot of work needed and the store manager worked with me to do it in phases that met my budget. I am more than pleased with the quality of work (skilled mechanics using the latest diagnostic tools), price to value and overall store appearance. I came in for a simple oil change that started out normal and ended up being more. I was told things that wasn't really there and it seemed the employees were very forceful for me to get whatever I was missing. It was my first and last time going to Midas.

Called in the morning and was able to an appointment immediately. When I arrived they checked me in within 5 minutes, and began evaluating my car immediately. Discussed with me possible options and solutions and discussed pricing and best recommendations

Worst place ever. I was told i needed to change a part that didn't need changing and alignment was the worse. Steering wheel after doing alignment has tilted to the right.

I called in on Friday asking when they could see me and the manager Gerald said it?s a long wait today but you can make an appointment for tomorrow. And we will see you. So I set the appointment Saturday the next day. I just got here at my appointment time

The oil change was fine, but I dropped my car off at 10 in the morning, came back at noon and still waited an additional 45 minutes for my car to be done.
