Scheduled online for an appointment to get my oil changed. The appointment was confirmed almost immediately and I was sent a text confirmation with a date and time. I arrived and was taken care of immediately. I chose to wait in the waiting area, and my car was finished within 20 minutes or so. Very transparent about the issues and/or lack thereof with my vehicle and offered recommendations, but wasn't pushy at all with products or services. I showed the person an online deal and he applied it with no further problems. I am definitely going back there for every car issue I have.
