Took a very long time even with an appointment but other than good

I was really unsure of what I needed but after talking with the service guy he explained everything and why I needed what he was recommending and I was very satisfied with the results

Oil change took well over one hour because Midas had to order the oil filter. I would think oil filters should always be on hand.

The service was quick and easy.

Got me in quick and changed pads, etc and informed me of needed repairs to struts

Saved me a ton of money.

It was fine. Car needs more work. Will have to take it back .

I went in for oil change and lube knowing that oil was leaking from the oil filter. Asked them to lube front suspension and drivetrain. They did the oil change. When I got home they didn?t bother to lube upper ball joints but did the steering. Also stated

My vehicle had several issues. They checked and diagnosed everything. Normally with the number of issues I had, it would take a full day+ to fix the car. Nope. The technicians had it done in less than half a day and were friendly and up front about everything that was needed and that they worked on. I’ve been a Hibdon’s customer for going on 20 years. One too many recent poor experiences had me trying Midas. I can easily say after a single visit to Midas that I won’t be returning to Hibdons again.

I made an appointment for oil change and headlight bulb replacement while I wait. They changed the oil and then checked the bulb. Since they didn't have a bulb in stock, I had to wait an extra hour for one to be delivered. I wish they had checked prior to the oil change.

Great price great staff very professional

Service work was fine and reasonably priced. However Midas lost points with me with a wait time of 5 hrs (10am - 3pm) and was with an appt of 10am. When I complained at 3p was told well we could have driven you home an offer that was NEVER made prior to 3pm, or even when I made my appt and explained I couldn't just drop off the car as I had no way of getting home and back again to pick it up.
