I've been working with Midas for 25 years. The location I currently use is near my home. This particular visit involved my sister's car. She called me and said her car wouldn't start. It was around 10AM when I suggested Midas. We called Michele and she asked how soon could we get there! What a great response. No appointment needed. Experienced great management as well as service. Price was fair as well. You folks made me look like a hero to my older sister. I should be thanking you!

I took my car to Midas today on 1-11-21 for a oil change. This is not my first time getting a oil change with them but today they messed my car up . They stripped a bolt by the oil pan and now my oil is pouring out like water. I had a little oil leak in wh

I came in with no appointment and about an hour before they closed. The customer service was very friendly he almost immediately went and looked at my car and said that we can do it we needed to order the parts right now or within the next 30 minutes so they could be delivered and then everything went smoothly from there. So I am highly satisfied with the service as well as it could have cost a lot more and he gave me a great discount. With that and the fact that I came in last minute with no appointment and had my frozen up brake calipers replaced and brakes fixed I am extremely happy and will not go to anyone else in the future.

I am really not sure why the manager is a manager. I did not get his name be he is a Big white guy with his stomach hanging over his belt. First he made all kinds of gesture as if he was tired or did not want to be at work. He told me he works 6 days a wee

I wasn't scheduled for an appointment. I had an emergency tire replacement that was needed. This Midas was booked up for the whole day and still managed to satisfy my needs despite being fully booked for the day.
