My Service Associate Shawn was wonderful. I had stopped in for an oil change service the day before and the wait was more than I wanted so I asked him how soon he could get me in. He quoted me a price and scheduled me for an 11a appointment the next day ensuring me that I'd not have to wait any longer than one hour. When I came in the next day, he was ready, the car was done in less than one hour, I pad the amount he had quoted me and I drove away a very satisfied customer. Shawn's the man and Midas is the place. I'll return for my next oil change when it is due.

Wow! These guys were all over it. I came in needing new tires and an oil change. I left with new tires (exactly the tires I wanted) and an oil change. No big deal, right? Wrong. The tire warranty is wildly good: look it up. It was done quickly. And I saved a ton on them. Scott got everything done quickly & well. His inspection of my truck was thorough, and he saw a certain issue that is endemic to my make/model of truck, pointed it out, and let me know that it's something that I might eventually need to fix, but that I was okay to keep driving for now. He also mentioned that I'm close to due for shock aborbers, showed where shocks were leaking, and described exactly the ride characteristics I'd been experiencing. And that it's something that I can do whenever. In other words, I learned what I need to do soon, as well as what I can put off; and no one tried to pressure me into doing work I didn't need. That's amazing. I'll get that stuff done, and I'll come back to have Scott to do it. I brought my sweetheart's truck in 2 days later for a coolant leak, shocks and struts.

They got my car in right away and kept me up to date with any recommendations they had. They didn't force me to buy extra things. The customer service was excellent! I will definitely be returning there!
