Although busy the employees at Midas Auto Center were able to get my car in for inspection I less time then originally anticipated and the staff were very clear, concise and friendly.

I had scheduled appointments at other Midas on line. When I arived to these appointments I was told that they did not get the appointment on line and could not get me in for my oil change. I had shown them that I got the email that said I had an appointmen

Thry fixed my flat tire quickly and at a very fair price.

Very easy to communicate with/ their staff is very upfront and explain pricing - no surprises with charges. Also so friendly - very good mechanics/ they seem very thorough. The lobby and area - clean. Anytime someone came in the two guys working were friendly and professional- they treated everyone very nice.

First of all, scheduling an appointment was very fast and easy. I was able to get my car in right away without any problem and the guys at the counter were super friendly and very helpful and very nice. Great bunch of guys there. They were very thorough in, expecting my car before figuring out diagnosis. They were great at communicating with me when it was time while giving me my best options. I’m very impressed and happy with my service. The brakes feel great now when driving.

Everything was explained to me before and after the appointment. The pricing was as expected with no surprises at pickup which was a welcome surprise. They let me know what all else could use attention on my car, pricing was all laid out but there was no pressure to schedule an additional appointment. I will certainly be back.

The gentleman at the desk and the mechanic working on my car explained everything going on with my vehicle. They also gave me a timeline for when I?d need to come back to remedy the issues I?m having. Good experience overall.
