I came in because the battery light came on. It was diagnosed that the alternator need to be replaced. There was a problem with the replacement sent by the auto parts store. Andrew the manager showed me the problem and said a new part would be in the next day. That part was also defective and when I came in that Wednesday he told me that a new part would be in that morning. He knew that I needed the vehicle to get to work and he made arrangements to be dropped off and picked up from work. He and Midas went above and beyond. This is why I am a loyal customer and recommend them to my friends. Andrew is a great asset to your company as are all the mechanics who work at this location. I can’t say enough about the outstanding service that they provided that day.

I think they do a fair and quality job at this Midas. They did not include the warranty information with the valvoline products I bought or with the four tires I bought in my receipt packet. Would be helpful for me to have a copy.

The team was very friendly and courteous! Checked me in, inspected my vehicle, and gave me a free alignment check! Very kind in letting me know that factory scheduled maintenance is coming up as well as brakes. Honest and didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of at all! Thank you!

The mechanic forgot to put in an air filter and I have to now take more time off of work to get it put in. I paid for it but he forgot to do it. ugh!The front desk manager called to tell me more problems with the car after inspection but he did not lead

Both associates were friendly, professional, and helpful. I asked for the filters to also be checked but they said they didn't need changing. I like they didn't try to upsale me, even though they could, as I would not have known about the filters. The oil change was completed under 30-minutes. A good experience.
