I had just bought a car, was going to order tires at Midas but dealer offered them to me for free since they were rotting and splitting. Drew was an excellent communicator and a pleasure to work with.

Second time I have done business with this shop. Called in the morning and asked how much they would charge to install a muffler and tail pipes that I had purchased. The quote over the phone was between $105 - $150. I assumed the range would cover them on

I came in for some basic services and had additional questions on my transmission. The first things were handled smoothly and quickly, and then the transmission ended up being a bit of an open question. Instead of charging me exorbitant amounts of money for a "maybe", the technician spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me to explain potential options, and noted that my best option would be to visit a dealer. It was so thorough and honest, and made me feel very comfortable going back for any future visits.

Presented oil change plus coupon to Andrew (manager & service writer) when I walked in and indicated I needed the tires rotated. The coupon included a visual courtesy check and tire rotation. I checked to see if the tires had been rotated before going in
