Everything always goes fine

I had recently got a flat walking distance from Midas. I walked over and right away I was told they would meet me at my car with the tools needed to change the flat. When they were done they told me to drive up to Midas so they could fill up my spare tire

The associate that I worked with clearly explained to me what the specific work recommendations were and the price of that work. He did not try to push me on anything, when I said what I wanted to have done, he accepted that and let me know how long it would take. He was very helpful and even told me when they went to do something I had asked and it wasn't necessary, saving me some money.

There was a negotiation about the oil filter and the type of oil but that went well and that was all that could have caused any problems. Of course, had the job not been done at all, that would have been a problem. But that was not the case, of course.

"I drove by this Midas, traveling from another state, and was having tire pressure issues. I stopped and asked for help, and they were friendly, helpful and charged me nothing to fill and adjust all my tires!! Great customer service!!"

I came in for a vehicle inspection and was told I needed new tires, new struts, new brakes and a new battery - which comes with a hefty price tag and a lot of overwhelming feelings for someone who doesn't know much about cars. The team's willingness to explain everything to me down to every detail about what was wrong, why it needed fixed, and what the cost was - was extremely comforting. The reps worked hard to apply coupons to bring the cost down as much as possible. And, my vehicle was completely serviced in less than one full business day - where as in the past I would have taken it to places that would have kept my car for a week. I'm very impressed with the customer service I received and will certainly be going back for my next oil change.
