Every time I've been here, everyone is always very friendly and efficient. They're very transparent about the issues that come up with my vehicle and costs, and I always feel like they're trying to make sure I'm taken care of, rather than just taking my money. This particular experience was especially great. I haven't been in since February, and Bart immediately remembered me and remembered my (other) vehicle. He's always friendly, funny, and delivers exceptional customer service. I didn't have an appointment this time and they were very busy, but they were still able to get my car fixed within a couple of hours, which I really appreciated because I had appointments I had to get to later that day with no way to get there otherwise. I really appreciate how hard they all work and how much it feels like they care about their customers.

Very professional and caring customer service. I was made to feel that my appointment and time there was mutually important. Everything was explained thoroughly and I so appreciate and respect that.

They did great for the most part. The tech noted that I had antifreeze in my washer fluid resivor but it was a yellow de-icer washer fluid and the tire rotation was finished with an impact gun. Oh well.
