Pricing on the invoice is extremely confusing. The details of the total cost, including labor should be clearly communicated to every customer. I was completely shocked when my total bill was revealed. When I asked why the cost was $999, I was then told there were almost $700 in labor charges after the work was completed. The sale was not communicated at all and labor was definitely not discussed. I would not recommend Midas to anyone now or in the future.

They don't have a clue what customer service is. My rear brakes are still not fixed.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Tires were not rotated. Oil change completed fairly quick. Was also quoted approximately 1k to replace my front suspension due to leaking struts. Quote for parts alone was pretty crazy for the just the front.
