Amazing customer service from Michael. I stopped going to this shop a few years ago due to poor customer service but gave them another try when my car completely stopped working and wouldn’t even jumpstart. Michael and his crew have turned this shop around and provided excellent service. Even though I spent a decent amount for the repair I left feeling like I wasn’t scammed and my car now runs wonderfully. It’s also worth mentioning that Michael provided me with a ride to O’Reilly’s twice to get the warranty on my battery so I could replace it with a new one. I feel like there are many places in town that would have tried to make me pay an extra $200 for a new battery. They’re honest and will layout the costs and necessary repairs in a manner that, again, you won’t feel like you’re getting scammed. I would highly recommend coming here now.
