My oil change took 1.5 hours. The tech said they did not have my filter. What's the point of giving my vehicle info during the making of the appointment. Wasted a good portion of my afternoon just waiting.

It is just a friendly place. If there is any problems they will clearly communicate what the issue is and best plan of action.

We had a puncture in the sidewall. The staff did everything they could to explain what they did and helped us replace the tire since it was under warranty. They also took pictures of another issue and helped us schedule maintenance with the dealer since it is under warranty with the dealer.
