From the minute I called to make the appointment until I drove my truck out of the parking lot, the whole staff was top notch across the board, and were nothing but patient and helpful. I was over 2.5 hours late for my appointment due to a problem with the towing company, and the staff was very understanding and courteous throughout. The cost of the repairs was even lower than I had anticipated. No exaggeration with this survey at all. It really was a terrific customer experience. I will be back next time.

When I walked in the first thing I noticed was how clean and the gentleman was very nice. My wait was short and they done great. It's first time I got in my car and their wasn't oil or grease anywhere in my car. So hands high for this group and guys who worked on my Kia soul. I would recommend you guys to everyone I know.
