I paid for a rotate & balance with oil change. After paying and leaving, i saw that my tires were not rotated and when i called back i was told that the front tirws cannot be put on the back since the veh is 4x4.I jacked my veh at home and rotated my own tires.Also my service report read that i refused the recommended ac compressor replacement. I was never told that compressor was bad. I called back and was told that it appears on form from cooporate.Unhappy customer

It was a first time for me ti go to midas, I loved the service, went in for an oil change, was told and shown my vehicle needed back brakes and had them replaced, good price , good service, was so happy came back later with my other car.

Personally I believe your fees are somewhat elevated.I don't believe I will return for other services.

The work was done well, however it took over twice as long as they said it would and the tires were rotated only after I told the manager (?) that I never saw them pull the wheels. He had to argue with the mechanic to do it and the mechanic gave me frequent dirty looks as he worked.

They missed the reason i went there in first place squeaking noise from suspension was both upper and lower ball joints. Had to get them replaced two days later. Did not even need shocks.

Always receive great service when taking my vehicles to the Midas on Loop 410/Marbach Rd. Kurt and his technicians are always courteous and informative of everything going on with your vehicle and aren't trying to "upsell" you on unnecessary services or products that aren't needed. This is a rarity in this day and age. They have earned my business for many years to come.
