"I came in for a routine oil change. Kevin (the manager) informed me that the oil cap was on too tight and that he needed to ""trouble shoot"" getting it off so he welded a piece of plastic to the metal. He also did this without my consent! Of course the ""tro"

We have been taking our vehicles to this shop for over 15 years and have not had any problems. This visit was no different.
