"great job, expensive but great"

Nice guys who I trust with my car. Job done in a reasonable amount of time. It comes down to trust. I trust this Midas and the employees who work there.

Service was provided as advertised. Was impressed by the number of employees provided to keep work flow moving!

The guys there are always respectful and tell you why is going on.

Good service Seems cost has risen rather rapidly

They took great care of my Car and communicated well with me .

Customer service is great from front door in and out. Always good to have conversation about the repair process. Would recommend more comfortable chairs in waiting room. After a 2 hr visit they are very uncomfortable.

I was able to easily schedule an appointment online with only a couple days' notice. Once there, I received friendly and efficient treatment. My car's oil change went smoothly and I had my tires rotated. Very satisfied with the service here.

Gave the manager the100000 check list at no extra charge the mechanic followed through with it. Respectable and did what was needed. Better priced at Midas then other places in Columbia. I will return!

Easy scheduling, excellent service, reasonable price

I love my local Midas. My family has been going to them for our car needs for several decades. I have taken all my cars there since I could drive and that's been over half my life. The staff are funny and like family. Roger, Tracy, Eric, Lonnie, all of the guys are fun, honest, and caring. They give us all the options that are available, they also add into their own personal advice, especially understanding the financials of their customers to get the best bang for their buck. We talk and cut up like family members would. It is such a great place. If I am still living here when my own child starts to drive, then I will encourage them to go there for their car needs too. Keep the tradition going. Hopefully, if I have to move, we can find a Midas that is the same as this place. The staff are all great, and they must be a great place to work for because the same people work there that have been there since I was a kid and we started going there when we moved here decades ago.
