What a rip off! I spent $227 to get my brakes changed, and that was with a coupon from their website. They'll never receive my business again. They're getting two stars, only because I can't give them one. I don't think so honey!!!

I made an online appointment for an oil change. They got ne in and out within 30 minutes. The person running the desk was friendly. The price was as expected. I made an appointment for my other vehicle for next week. If it continues to be a positive experience I will keep coming back.

They send emails to people that hasn't ever been there

Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable while dropping your vehicle off. I was updated on how our truck was doing and all questions were answered.

Midas workers know how to give details when explaining the needs of my vehicle. I am a female and I do not feel as if they are trying to make me spend extra cash there at their business. They showed actual pictures of my tires that made me see the need for new. They cared for my safety not my money. They also got me in within a short period of time.

I went in to have my belt looked at they ended up changing my oil and filter.. checked fluids as well pretty much doing work they didnt need to do.

I love these guys! I have been their customer for over 30 years. I tell everybody who will listen to go to this Midas . . and they do!! And they are just as happy as I am. These guys are The Best!

I have had the hubs of my car serviced at Midas only to come after 2 months with vibration in the wheels. They had my name entered wrongly spelled the first time and asked as whether I had a work done on my vehicles wheels as it was not done properly. Litt

The staff is knowledgable and helpful. I had an appointment and they got me in while I waited.

I had my car?s hub changed and it was not performed properly. This what they told me at Midas only before they knew that I had it serviced in their shop. They I had it surfaced at additional cost and now two months later I am at square one.

I have a Land Rover Discovery and a Range Rover, both of these vehicles have received absolutely superb service at the Columbia Missouri Midas shop. The personnel are wonderful - Roger, Tracy, Dale are all so very friendly, making their customers truly feel like family.
