My second visit to this shop with a different car. I came in for an alignment knowing one was needed. They quoted me an inspection price, advising that it would be included in the package if an alignment was done. It was.They took me to the car and showed me a graphic of how my alignment looked in real world terms. They explained all they could do, and that my left front needed a new strut, as the one I had seemed to be bent. The alignment was great, rides true, and I'm installing a new strut.

I absolutely love this location and the people that work there. I am so thrilled that there isn't a high turn around here and we can get to know and relate with. It is like family there with everyone. They want to ensure we are safe as if we were truly a member of their family. No short cuts, and if we express an issue, they are compassionate and understanding. We also can joke and razz like family too. Most of the time we are laughing and having great banter. I love this team. You obviously take well care of your employees since most of the people that are there now were there since my family started going there fully. I wouldn't trust my car anywhere else!

The same group of mechanics are always in there every time I go I appreciate the familiarity and I can trust their judgement. I got my oil changed, new tires, a break job, spark plugs and I was treated well. I appreciate car shops I can trust and they are far and few between. Thank you!
