Midas

My second visit to this shop with a different car. I came in for an alignment knowing one was needed. They quoted me an inspection price, advising that it would be included in the package if an alignment was done. It was.They took me to the car and showed me a graphic of how my alignment looked in real world terms. They explained all they could do, and that my left front needed a new strut, as the one I had seemed to be bent. The alignment was great, rides true, and I'm installing a new strut.

I've been to this Midas on many occasions and have always been treated very well. My family has a variety of cars and drivers ranging from 16 to 50 and american made sedans to import pickup trucks. We have them all serviced at Midas and the proactive attention to detail allows us to plan repairs in advance and avoid breakdowns and surprises. It's always a good experience!

Overall I was happy with my experience - staff were patient and helpuful.

I have been using Midas for all my service for several years now. Scheduling, repair, price and most of all since I'm a woman in a man's world, they take care of me. All are very friendly & courteous. I'm so satisfied with Midas I tell my friends especially women all the greatness of Midas.
