Staff was very friendly and there is shopping and restaurants within walking distance while service is being completed.

My husband believed in going to quality automotive repair places. I originally took my car to Midas, even though it is in another town, because I wanted a quality checkup on my car. When the gas prices went up last year, I stopped driving out of town for car repairs. I had several major repairs done in town but I never felt really comfortable with the service because they didn't do a thorough check of my car. It was just like getting a spot cleaning and not a deep clean. I recently got an oil change at Walmart because it was convenient and open basically 24/7. The told me I needed new tires. I questioned that because my tires aren't that old and I don't drive my car a lot. When I had Midas check them out, they said I didn't need new tires at all. Now I am wondering why Walmart said that - did they just think I was going to replace my tires with theirs and they could make a big sale? Anyway, I plan on returning to Midas for checkups and repairs because I feel I can trust them to do a good job. They do quality work and get paid well. They don't need to lie to people to get paid more.

Work was done in a timely manner and people were courteous. My problem was with it not being clearly stated that the 3 year road hazard warranty on my new tires was an extra cost. It was included in the cost I was given for the tires. That was not mentio

The entire team is the best. I am always pleased with the service that is given. If I want to go shopping, I will receive a text when the car is ready. During this visit, I had my dog with me. He was shown kindness by the staff. Cleanliness at an auto repair/ tire store is very important to me due to the VOCs. No allergic reaction here. :) Everything you need to be comfortable is provided. My husband had work on the car hoses and brakes done on his car. Tristen Put hoses on the car and it had a leak afterwards they had to tow it back to the shop and fixed it but they also did brakes on it and afterwards there was a shake in the front end.

I started using Midas after my new car service plan ran out. I am very impressed with the service at the Sedalia Midas service center. The owners are very friendly and the workers do a great job of caring for my vehicle. I will always use Midas for my oil changes, tire rotations, brakes and mufflers. It's service I can trust. They don't tell me I need something when I don't.

The scheduled appointment worked well. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and completed the work that same afternoon.
