Made appointment for 2 pm on July 23. Arrived at 1:50 and there was no record of my appointment. A lady in the waiting area insisted that I take her 2:30 appt. which turned out to be 3pm. Service completed at 3:15 pm.

Michael and his team have done various projects on my Porsche Cayenne. He has done such great work at incredibly reasonable prices. That?s hard to find now a days in a mechanic!I highly recommend this shop!

The serivce was fine but incorrect mileage has been reported . Mileage reported is 7000 miles more than actual. Midas service center manager tells me they have corrected this mistake, but now i have to run around getting it fixed on carfax. not acceptable.

Disposal fee of my used tires was resonable ($2/piece plus tax). It was done within 5 minutes after my arrival. Michael (Manager) was courteous and efficient.
