I had a problem that I had other shops in the area telling me they could not do. The Midas in Shawnee Had no problems getting it in and out quickly. Everything was perfect. It done so I could travel across the country. Jake is awesome. Can’t remember the girls name at the front desk, but very knowledgeable and got everything set up with ease. Great staff!

Even more ideal is the timeliness of the Shawnee Midas’ serviced. & yet, even more ideal is the quality of Shawnee Midas’ communication, work, reasonable pricing, & clear service explanation. Shawnee Midas went above & beyond, & helped to make me aware of some my car was having— before I knew of the issues. At the same time, the Shawnee Midas employees didn’t pressure me at all to fix any issues & were understanding & positive when I opted to only have a few things serviced instead of everything. Totally recommend.

Took my car in to be checked for leaking oil. Jeremy and his team found the problem and cleaned all the oil off the engine and under my car that had leaked all over.

I came in Saturday with exhaust issue and they didn?t know if they could get it done that day but they would try they where really busy. Called hour or so later and told me what it was and had fixed for me before end of the day nice Professional took good

They did a great job. They showed us that the last time the company installed the brake pads wrong. Midas was cheaper that other quotes and did it better

From the moment I walked in the team was kind and friendly. They listened to my concern with my breaks and after inspection came and spoke with me about why I was hearing the noise. The dealership had been telling me because of the mileage I’d need to replace them- not the case. I was in and out- service was great. The inside of the waiting area was clean. I had never been to Midas before but I will definitely be back.

Made an appointment for 10 AM, they took my car in for service within 5 mintues. The clerk said it would be approximately one hour. They were right on time.
