I believe there is always room for improvement. No one is perfect and highly satisfied is comparable to perfect. I had a good experience and was satisfied with my oil change and the timeliness of the service.

They didn't ask us whether we wanted to check the tire pressure. The tires were a bit deflated, but we didn't ask so that's kinda on us too.

I went in Tuesday and explained that I needed to make an appointment on line and was not able to return until Thursday. So i scheduled my appointment for Thursday.on my phone in the store in case I needed help. The person at the counter informed that I would receive an answer in 30 minutes or so. I never received an answer, but did return on Thursday, because I had bought my oil change through group on. They were able to fit me in. No other services were offered. They were quick about my oil change. So I was satisfied with that. When my car was finished. I did ask about tire rotation and brakes. He assured me. I had a newer car so I did not have to worry. I was told from the dealership that I was due for a tire rotation. The reason I did not go to the dealership is because my warranty was expired for free oil changes and it would be more. So I tried to save money and went to your location. I did not even receive a print out of what they did to my car. Most places will at least provide you with that. I will not be returning to this shop again and would not recommend it. I was hoping for better service than what I received.

The service technician and person who checked the vehicle in were knowledgeable and professional. My wife brought the care in for a routine oil change, but they found a leaking oil pan gasket as well as a pinhole leak in the radiator. They took the time necessary to explain and show my wife the unexpected problems and repeated the process for me when I came to pick her up (because the repairs were extensive).
