The technician did not reseat/reengage the retainers on the air filter housing upon completion of courtesy inspection. I could not figure out why the vehicle sounded loader than usual and inspected the engine compartment fo find the top of the air filter

There was one quart too much fluid in the transmission. Syphoned it out myself. Thanks for getting the correct type *4 for Dodge.

The Midas coupons are not honored at the Midas address in your ad! This location has never honored these coupons-------so maybe quit sending them.

We were very happy with the service we received at this establishment and would have given 5 stars, but the car's windows weren't washed and the interior was not vacuumed. Even though they were check off as completed on the recipe.

Get ripped off. The manager is an ***. Doesn't know anything about customer service. Ordered my car the wrong tires and I have to pay the restocking free. They brake parts so u have to bring your vehicle back. They break things. Get a better mechanic

I only wanted an oil change, but they did other things and ended up charging me $107.

The chassis was not lubricated completely. Grease zerts on upper control arms were coated with mud and dirt and old grease. No tire rotation performed either. What else did not get checked as promised????

They did a very thourough analysis.

I wasn't happy with the service. They seemed do do short cuts and didn't do the work properly which in result that I have to take the truck to another shop to habe it done properly.

The last 4 times the truck was in for a oil change was done at Midas and they told me the oil plug was stripped. I would say the plug was stripped the last oil change
