I had my battery and alternator replaced and they charged me double on the parts. I found the exact part at some auto supply store for half of what they charged. They charged me almost $800 for an alternator and I found the exact one for mid $300 at seve

"Rip-off. Claim to have product on site but everything kept in a warehouse somewhere. Hidden charges everywhere. Most shops top off low fluids, not Midas. Everything they find wrong has a price tag attached to it. Staff not courteous. Just wants your money."

Manager Corbyn was extremely friendly and answered any questions I had about my vehicle. His demeanor has definitely made me wanna choose Midas for all my car needs as I have been looking for a new place to have my car serviced regularly.
