the true test of a great store is their ability and eagerness to work with the customer and ensure that they gain their business. Daniel and Midas in Mason Rd. Katy TX exemplifies these traits. They worked with me on the issue and treated me like a star.

For all the reasons I checked especially bc I was told there were 3 cars in front of me and it would be a while. They surprised me and it went quicker than expected.

The associate that helped us was very friendly and went beyond his duties to assure us they would take care of my car in a timely manner, they wouldn’t do anything to my car w/out discussing with me first, they wouldn’t make up repairs, and that they would match prices because gaining me as a customer was more important than overcharging for something that could be price reduced. He had a great overall attitude.

Guys were great and friendly and oil change went super smooth. In & out in 20-25 mins. Highly recommend them. The only 1 issue was no inspection tech on certain days as he?s needed at other locations. Overall super happy with my visit.

A problem had developed after having work done, but it was fixed and everyody is happy. I would continue to use them for oil changes or car work.

Needed warranty work done on rear brake job that was done. They took me in right away and adjusted the brake. Very good work crew.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DIRECT GREAT SERVICE.

Service was quick and great. The only problem I had was that I bought a coupon from groupon for the oil change service but then was told they do not accept groupon anymore. I was left with wasting money on groupon and then coming out of pocket again in store for the oil change.
