I will never come back to this location or ANY OTHER Midas.The wait time is rediculous and simply don?t care. I see that now and I understand Midas isn?t the place I should go for car care!!!

The guy at the counter, Rick, was the friendliest, nicest guy. He was very quick, communicated everything well, and had my vehicle done in half the time that was promised. Great service! And a super friendly guy!

worst customer service i have ever had in my life i asked for a full refund and have not received it what so ever. they told me they would pay me but never did when i go there they say they have to wait to make money before giving me a refund

Midas did not touch my car, they still owe me a refund for the damage to my exhaust system they had done. went to B&B muffler to get repair from what Midas had done. 2 months no refund

I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They got the oil change right but for the second time in a row they did not rotate my tires. I'm given a sales pitch that I need almost 2 thousand dollars worth of work and they still cannot get 4 tires

I returned to midas when I saw I had a problem with my coolant because of my confidence in this location. There was a new manager, Rick, and he exceeded my expectations. He was very friendly, took time to answer my questions (I’m not super good with car stuff), and worked with what I could do. For the problems I couldn’t afford to fix today, we made a priority list of what needed to be next so I could save up for them. He explained the price over the phone and that was the price I paid. Everything I needed in this visit and I’m confident to get a good value next time I’m back.
