Cody Brian assisted me at the front desk and Rylan was the tech that helped me diagnose what I thought was an issue with my vehicle. Both were very helpful. The oil change and filter changes were done quickly and I was able to get a quote on transmission service I’ll be needing soon (over 100k miles). Overall, amazing experience.

After breaking down at 7pm, I had to drop off my vehicles after hours. I returned to the shop at 6:00 am to drop off the keys and wright down my issues, but the manager Jason was already there and assured me a tech would get on it that day.

Took my car too the dealership twice for service (within the last month) they kept telling me I was wrong and nothing was wrong with my vehicle.took my vehicle to Midas two days ago and they confirmed everything that I thought was wrong plus and additional issue that ford insisted was in perfect condition. They got me in on the same day I called and fixed in the same day as well. I havent felt my car run this nice since I bought it

The staff was clear and concise. They did a great job explaining that my car was out of alignment and my options to fix it. I will definitely be going back for future services.

When I go to midas ,they will fix the problem, and do a full inspection of your vehicle. They give you a list of what my need to be fixed soon and what can wait.not trying to sell you anything, but just so you are aware. Great crew.
