Management and mechanics valued customer service.well informed customer with info needed. Seem to be honest about the customer needs and not try to rip anyone off. Well informed us. Give that particular midas a A+. The Management also explained mechanics first day on job he did excellent job for first time experience. Give him a A+ too. Mike was very knowledgeable and personable. He was helpful in getting me what I needed and not pressuring me to do anything else. He made all of my options clear and communicated clearly what the charges were. I had yo ask for clarification because the website was a little confusing when it gave me the price breakdown. While I waited for my vehicle I also saw Mike helping multiple other customers who were repeats. He knew their names it made it feel like a neighborhood/family shop. The technician cleaned up my rims from corrosion and had my vehicle done in great time. My only complaint would be that the television should have the closed captions on for deaf and hard of hearing customers. And I personally wouldn’t want to watch doctor Phil ever again.
