Had an issue with my brakes. Turned out to be something that the manufacturer had a "recall" for. Your tech explained the issue and recommended a visit to the dealership to receive free replacement.

Originally scheduled the day after Labor Day but got a call from the manager letting me know they couldn’t fit it in. I was satisfied with the heads up because I didn’t have to leave what I was doing to find out I’d have to come back.

I visited this location twice for two separate issues within a 24 hour period. Once for an issue with my exhaust which was replaced in a very timely manner and I was up and running later that day. The next day I returned for another issue. “I need you to find this sound” “What sound?” “I don’t know” That was the exchange from the manager that led me to working with the assistant manager (who I’m kicking myself that I’m blanking on his name) We did a ride along to identify the sound I was referring to and another to verify that he found it and fixed it. I was only in for about an hour and was super appreciative of how quickly my issue was taken care of. Having worked customer-facing service jobs in the past, I always hate to be the guy to come back to bring it up that something still isn’t right. I’m sure me bringing my car in with 2 hours before close required some resources to be shifted around but I was never made to feel like I was burdening the team. Thank you all so much for being so patient and accommodating!
