I have been a customer for over 10 years and will not take my car any place else. Dave always looks at my car and knows right away what the problem is and how to fix it. Good Job Dave keep up the good work...

I have been coming to Midas Westerville for years. I only have service done at Midas Westerville. The customer service is great! The staff has been there for years so that lets me know they love where they work.

The team was very hands on. They were very informative after inspecting my vehicle by showing and telling me what they had found during the inspection. They informed me of what was needed to be done now and what would need to be done later on.

As always, I was treated with respect and kindness. As always the mechanics were efficient and thorough. Besides changing out the light, they also checked other things that I noticed. I always use this Midas. None of gentlemen better never leave!🙂

Got a same day appointment. Issue thorougly explained to me. Service time very reasonable. Manager even offered to drive me home vs. wait. Trust the mechanics. Appear very knowledgable and experienced.

Dave (mgr. in charge) is friendly and to the point regarding repairs. He seems to have the customers best interest top of mind and is not pushy. His knowledge is extensive. My only complaint is the “Shop Fee” charge. However, I am aware that this is standard practice for a number of years already but it is still BS on my opinion.

I've been going to this Midas for a couple of years now. Love that it is employee owned. Never have had any issues getting the services I need for my SUV. Excellent service with excellent employees!!

It was busy but I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Highly efficient. They were great and thorough. No messing around. I clearly understood their process. So very good.
