I thought it was a little expensive

I love the staff and truly trust them. I have never felt taken advantage of going there so have been a customer for many years through 3 different vehicles! Travel out of my way to go there.

I arrived on time for a two o?clock appointment but did not get out of the garage until four o?clock. Two hours for a 10 minute oil change! This is not the kind of service I?ve gotten used to for the past seven years!

Friendly Manager to greet you. Timely service, Manager walked me through entire invoice explaining the various cost for parts and labor. Great location with great people. Manager is a good person, very engaging in conversation and a great listener.

I went in for an oil change and was told I needed some brake work. The staff clearly explained what was wrong and what the pricing was, and they got the job done quickly and thoroughly. Of all the places I've been to, Midas is the only one who bothered to check my air cabin filter, which was very dirty and moldy by then, after being missed by so many other places. I really trust that I'm getting a fair value and a thorough job at Midas.

The location is very convenient and the pricing is very fair. The ease of scheduling an appointment. Also, I can walk over to the Starbucks and get a coffee while I wait to get my car worked on and watch them work on it while I sit in the Starbucks.

I have done brake work for my Lexus RX330 for rear wheels only. They charged me $1150. Even my Lexus dealer was not that expensive. That is after I negotiated the price. Worst experience I ever had with any shop
