The employees were nice to my daughter who I had to send by herself for her first oil change. Appreciate the nice staff and them not taking advantage of her coming alone and trying to over sell her stuff

Staff was well informed and knowledgeable. Courteous and helpful. Communication was superior. A job well done!

The customer service is great! The service time for an oil change is quick. They are so friendly at the Grove City, OH location also!

The manager is has one of the best personalities, he is great with customers and one of the main reasons I come to Midas. I’m pretty sure his name is Steve. My wife even feels comfortable in the way he treats her. He doesn’t act like she is stupid and is just overall a good person to be around. I wish more people in customer service weee like him!

I didn’t schedule an appointment but they were still able to get me in to see what was wrong with my car. Also was appreciative of the explanation of what was wrong and to make sure to pay more attention to oil levels.

I love the Grove City location and Stewart he is the best all the guys are very friendly.
