Easy to schedule. Job started as soon as I got there, with explanation of what was going to be done, as well as expected costs from least to catastrophic. I was also made aware of the time from diagnosis to repair. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. My once hot van was blowing ice cold air. I needed brake work done and I was able to get my car in immediately. They inspected the brakes and called me to tell me the status. I authorized the work and it was completed promptly. The price I paid was reasonable and it was a flawless transaction.
