The manager of the Midas in Stow Ohio (Jason) was knowledgeable, personable and professional. Despite being short-staffed that day d/t the illness of one of his employees he made sure that work was completed in a timely manner. The manager (Jason) and the employee who was ill that day (Trent) are the specifically the reasons I continue to return for repeat business. I ask that if it is possible, that both receive kudos for excellence in customer service and auto care. I was only disappointed in not seeing Trent this time around but hope he feels better soon. These guys consistently do a fantastic job.

By far the best experience I've had in years. Scott took the time to explain everything will definitely be going back and recommend them to anyone.

Came in at my appointment window. They had an open bay so they got me right in. Pricing was also very fair for the amount of oil my truck takes

Jason was very knowledgeable and took the time to take me out to the shop and explain everything that he saw that needed replaced or fixed. You don’t see that kind of service these days. I took my Escape to a different repair shop first to get an estimate on changing brakes, they said nothing about the other possible problems that Jason pointed out to me. So, needless to say, I went with Midas
