Sad.

Prices are way to expensive compared to other places. The only thing that I personally like is that I did not have to wait a few days to pick my car. It was done the same day only 4 hours. I could have saved around 400$ If repair it somewhere else but had to wait a few days(2-3 days) to get it fixed.

Terrible told me I needed struts which I just had some put on 18 months ago. Said i need control arms which i didnt get and the tried to convince me to get a $125 wheel alignment. Why if i need control arms would I get a wheel alignment? They didnt mention

Satisfied ... showed and explained what had to be done ... work was quickly done .. getting rebate for service done ... thanks guys

They put on a brand new one didn?t put no hangers on there didn?t weld it just left it hanging they just screwed my truck all up beware Don?t take your vehicle to any Of their shops

I wanted on oil change, my breaks inspected and my windshield washer clip changed and reattached.I wanted the breaks inspected because YOU DID THE BREAKS AT 74499 miles so I figured the pads might be wearing since my milage was now 82973 miles a difference of 8474 miles. The changed the pads but also the rotors, which should still have been good. I did have a couple of tires that needed to be replaced but they did one that didn't look bad to me but I was told there was a broken steel belt. claiming that the car was shaking while driving it but I was driving at the day before down I94 with no shaking. I don't believe they were honest with me and I will not be returning there

Oil change coupons stated $39.99 paid over $73.00 for the oil change. Very deceptive. Probably just use Firestone or Muffler Man next oil change.

I was charged for 2 diagnostic test but I have carshield and I called asked y. They told me they did cover diagnostic when repaired. I have a $100 deductible but had to come out of pocket $213. Expect to receive a refund or will never do business
