Had an appointment at 2:00 got there about 1:45 waited 1/2 hour they said it would still be another hour. Poor service

The manager is highly communicative and friendly. Technician also very friendly and offered to check the sensors the next day.

I was able to get my vehicle in for servicing the next day at a time that was convienienent for me. I was kept informed about the progress of the repairs. It was completed in a timely fashion.

Well when I brought my truck in I just want a muffler job they expect the truck told me I needed lost more work I wasn't happy about it but the work that they did for the money it was okay it was fair thank you

I have been coming to this specific Midas in Cuyahoga Falls for the last 8 years because of the amazing service I always get. Adam the manager has always been very friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable. Colin has also been amazing to work with. When I come here I always feel welcomed and taken care of. My Dodge Journey is always fixed beautifully and runs great until things need replaced. Midas is my go to store.
